It takes an act of courage to come to counseling. We look to provide a place where clients can talk about their concerns without being judged. We see individuals for a variety concerns including: anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, work/academic stress, medical, aging, and addiction. We work with couples to promote healthy communication, trust, and intimacy. We look to find answers and solutions to help your children succeed at school and within the family through use of individual and family counseling. We do take most insurances, eap benefits and do accept private pay.
