    Professionally, Jeff Crawford has been a mechanic since 1993 and got his first job in Michigan. (Unprofessionally, he's been a mechanic since he was a kid). He has broad experience between privately-owned shops and dealerships and has seen all aspects of the industry. He is a firm believer that the customer deserves to have direct contact with the mechanic who is fixing the vehicle, which is an uncharacteristic practice for most repair shops who employ service writers (Crawford's Auto does not have service writers). Jeff is ASE certified and Ford Certified in the following: Engine Diagnostics & Repair; Noise, Vibration and Harness Diagnostics; Brake System Diagnosis and Repair; Advanced Brake System Diagnosis and Service, Advanced Climate Control Diagnostics & Service; Electronics Systems Diagnosis; and Steering and Suspension System.

    Mechanic/Auto Technician

    Brad Weiss has substantial experience in the private shop and dealership settings, including repairing Cummins, Ford and Duramax diesel engines. He also worked in a shop repairing medium and heavy duty trucks (up to large semis and over-the-road trucks). He also repaired, upgraded and raced go-carts as a hobby. He has raced against racing celebrities such as Mario Andretti, Michael Shumacher, and other well-known racers. He is originally from Seattle, Washington and got his first job as a mechanic in 1998. He and Jeff met while both working in the dealership together and decided to become partners in their own shop — Crawford’s Auto Repair. He has Goodyear training in alignments and anti-lock brake systems. He is also a Ford Senior Master Technician– the highest level of recognition a master mechanic can achieve.
